How long does it take to unlock a car?
Most vehicles take just a few minutes once we arrive. Some luxury and late-model vehicles with extra security take a little longer.
Will unlocking my car cause any damage?

Do I need to prove the car is mine?
Yes. For your protection we ask for a photo ID and something that ties you to the vehicle, such as the registration or insurance card. If those are inside the car, we check them once the door is open.
